Description:
Torta de la Serena is made from the whole thick raw milk of the merino sheep. It is coagulated with vegetable rennet (Cynara cardunculus). Very buttery, thick, spreadable texture. Full flavor on the palate with underlying tart flavor and aroma of sheep's milk.
