Altobello is made only of pasteurized milk of sheep's of La Mancha region. It has a penetrating aroma a round and full taste on the palate and a slightly strong after taste.
El Mancebo made from pasteurized fresh sheep, goat and cow milk is matured for 8 months giving it a deep full bouquet, that can satisfy the most demanding palates.
