Drunken Goat is a semi-soft goat cheese, from the village of Jumilla, soaked in Doble Pasta wine (Mourvedre grape) for 72 hours. Aged for roughly 75 days, it has a sweet, smooth flavor.

Naked Goat is a fabulous goat cheese produced with raw milk and aged for 6 months. The flavor is rich and full with creaminess and a touch of tanginess in the finish.
