Señorio de Montelarreina is a long ripened sheep's milk cheese (minimum 10 months), that has been awarded numerous prizes including Gold Medal in the World Championship Cheese Contest, Wisconsin, March 2006.

Reny Picot Ibérico is a short ripened cheese with creamy texture but of pronounced flavor due to the mix of milks: 70% from goat and sheep and 30% from cow.
